The money we paid for night at the hotel and parking for a week was exceptional, we were really pleased, the staff were all very helpful, the only complaint was the price of drinks in the bar area, but that was expected in London.

Both time we stayed at this hotel the sofa bed was not made up. The first room we were given on return smelled strongly of smoke and I asked to be moved. The room we stayed the bathroom and shower we mouldy and dirty. The room service food was appauling !!!

We have now stayed here three times prior to flying away on holiday.The overnight stay and parking facilities are excellent.Food and drinks are not the cheapest but always come excellently presented.Many Airline staff stay here and that has to be a recommendment.Rooms are clean and quiet. Just remember the earlier you book generally the cheaper the price.

Perfect start to the holiday, luxurious & spacious rooms with very comfy beds. Car ready and waiting upon your return. One of the best airport hotels we have ever stayed in. Nice bar at the hotel (but quite pricey) - but lovely little pub just around the corner from the hotel which serves excellent food and has a great friendly atmosphere.
