Had booked a family room, but hotel didn't seem aware of this. The receptionist left me standing at the desk for 10 minutes while scrambling about in the back of the office, obviously trying to find a family room which he didn'y have! he came out and apologised by saying that hotel didnt have family rooms, and in the next sentence apologised that all his family rooms were booked. When I asked him about that contradiction, he got a bit flustered, but I wasn't particularly bothered anyway, he just shot off in a panic. i was happy to get a room for me and the 2 kids, it didn't matter if a family or a double with extra bed!! Car parking was NOT at the hotel - very misleading from the ads and I was somewhat disappointed about this as I had to pay extra to get the cars delivered to the hotel for our arrival back wheras I had assumed the cars would be in the hotel car park. Be aware of this!
