The hotel facilities and food were excellent and the fact it was a taxi transfer included in the cost as opposed to a fixed coach time transfer was a bonus.

The positives - lovely friendly value for money hotel. We enjoyed our night stay at the hotel, before our holiday. Breakfast the following morning was excellent. The taxi to the Airport was on time, but when when we returned from our holiday we had to wait for nearly an hour for our taxi back to the hotel hotel. That spoilt what was a really good experience.

My wife and I stayed at Felbridge before flying to Germany on an early flight from Gatwick South. On arrival, the staff were polite and helpful. Having paid up front for parking and hotel room I was a little surprised to have to register a card and pay a refundable deposit of £30 (was recredited in the morning on departure). Unfortunately our room shower had a nasty sewer smell in it and we asked to move to another room; the manager kindly upgraded us to a Luxury Double without further fuss and this was excellent service. Good sized room, clean and good amenities. Comfortable beds. In the morning, we checked out only to find that nobody had booked our 0515 taxi (we were assured the night before this had been done) to the airport so the receptionist had to order another for us which arrived 45 mins later. We boarded our plane with just 10 mins to go which was less than ideal (we wanted a leisurly morning without rushing). On return, the taxi service was much better and returned us to the hotel to pick up keys and car without further incident. In general, this hotel was good but it could have made our holiday much worse had we missed our plane! We hope to give it another go in August all being well.

A very well appointed hotel with excellent dining facilities. Only down point was the long walk to our room and no lift to the upper floors. That aside, I thoroughly recommend it.

I have booked hotels with parking at Gatwick airport through your company on many occasions, this was by far the best hotel I have stayed at and was excellent value for money; I will not be staying anywhere else in the future.

Excellent accommodation, not marred my a genuine fire evacuation at 0315 hours. Friendly staff. Had to ensure hotel was being used for parking preceding of stay at the end of our holiday.
