No lift to first floor. Good transfer to airport, but chaotic on return. On arrival pre flight the car park was full to and beyond capacity due to delayed return flights but nothing in place to ensure parking for the duration ofthe holiday. Bar food very good but drinks expensive.

Good size room did not smell of any smoke poerful shower cofortable large bed.Drinks and (small) restaurant meals were dear.

Good sized room. Clean. Helpful reception staff. Reasonable selection and quality of food in the evening. Efficient service at Breakfast. Airport terminals within easy walk of the hotel. I did not use the leisure facilities, so I cannot comment on them.

The parking at the hotel was full. Cars were parked on grass verges, no parking areas etc. We ended up having to park in a dissabled space, with the full knowledge of the hotel. Apparently the problem is the number of day conferance deligates.

Hilton East Midlands Airport
Close to airport and good transfer arrangement. Room smelt a bit musty and the air con was too noisy to leave on at night. Also bathroom not very well cleaned. Reception staff not apologetic when faults reported. The bar was very expensive and service not great. Lovely breakfast though!
